Earl's Moving Shares a Tailgating Recipe for the Big Game!

It is Football Season in Alabama!! Who is your team of choice? Whether you are cheering for Alabama, Auburn, or any other SEC team, Earl's Moving Company shares a great tailgating recipe. Easy to make ahead because everyone loves snacking during the games. Whether tailgating or entertaining at home, this is a great healthy chicken salad to serve and can be prepared ahead of time.

Chicken Salad Recipe

1 package fat free cream cheese
1/2 small bottle fat free Poppyseed dressing
1 large can of chicken in water - or boiled chicken
1 can pineapple chunks - save juice to soak boiled chicken, drain before mixing
1 cup red or green grapes - or as many as you like!
1/4 cup chopped pecans - no such thing as fat free pecans, but add as many as you like!


Pour dressing over cheese and cream together.

Drain pineapple very well.

Mix pineapple with chicken, grapes and pecans.

Combine chicken mixture with cheese mixture.

Better to let chill overnight.

Serve over lettuce or make a delicious sandwich!
